Moodle is an open-source LMS. Its strength is flexibility; the real cost is the server, updates, and plugins.
Lumina is a ready service: you pick a plan in EGP, the academy is created after payment, with Fawry for academies in Egypt and support in Arabic and English. You do not run the server.
If you have a technical team and time to operate it, Moodle is a known option. If you want a private learning platform quickly, Lumina is the shorter path.
