Lumina’s assistant works inside the academy admin for teachers and staff. It explains how to use the tools, suggests content, and waits for your approval before saving. It does not run the platform on its own.
What it actually does
- Explains steps from the platform guide and cites the source. You apply the step.
- Suggests a course title, description, and outline, then saves a draft only after you confirm. It does not publish the course, and it does not write exam questions in that flow.
- Reads courses, videos, or enrollment figures you are allowed to see.
- Prepares attaching a library video to a lesson, after you confirm.
- Extracts questions from a PDF as proposals you import. That path is separate from the chat.
What it does not do
It does not publish or delete, take payments or refunds, or change staff permissions. It is not homework help for students, and it is not a round-the-clock human help desk. Human support is in Arabic and English during Egypt and Saudi Arabia business hours on WhatsApp +20 155 042 3447 or [email protected].
Who can use it
The plan has to include the assistant, the academy has to have it enabled, and the user needs permission to use the assistant plus the permission for the action itself, such as creating a course or generating questions. A daily usage limit applies per user and per academy. Operations sets that limit; the marketing site does not promise a message count.
The examples on the homepage illustrate the workflow. They are not customer conversations. See also the teacher platform, exams, and the assistant guide.
