Your Lumina subscription is paid through the checkout methods we show. Student course payments use Fawry, wallets, and cards you enable, and go to the academy — separate from the Lumina subscription.
Plan limits appear in the comparison: courses and staff are the published caps. Check the plan details before you buy instead of assuming a hidden student ceiling.
A paid lesson opens only for an enrolled student with active access. That reduces public-link forwarding. It does not claim to stop every screen recording.
The academy admin and student experience open in a mobile browser. A separate student app is mentioned on the site when it is available.
Yes. Add the CNAME shown on your account page. Your email and other DNS records stay where they are.
Course content and student records belong to the academy. You can export what the admin offers, and we keep data to run the service under the privacy policy.
Yes. You upload lessons and questions yourself, or we arrange migration help during a demo. There is no one-click import from every platform.
Arabic and English support on WhatsApp and email during Egypt and Saudi Arabia business hours. Messages outside those hours get a reply the next business day.
Refunds for the Lumina subscription are described on the refund policy page. Student course payments are handled by the academy.
After payment is confirmed we create the academy automatically. It usually takes less than a minute, then you get a lum.ac address and an admin login.
It helps a teacher inside the academy admin: it explains tool steps from the platform guide, suggests a course title, description, and outline, and saves a draft only after confirmation. It can also read data you are allowed to see. It does not publish content, collect payments, or tutor students. It is on plans that include the feature, and each user has a daily usage limit.
